It was a beautiful Saturday in late August. My son the Food Dude and I — and some of our friends — were traipsing down the west side of Seneca Lake, hitting a brewery here, a winery there, catching as many rays as we could along the way.
Soon enough, the rumblings started from down below. We needed food … yet weren’t quite sure what kind of fare we wanted.
